Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil/butter
  • zest of one orange, grated
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups natural peanut butter, almond butter or a combination of both (no sugar or partially hydrogenated fats added, only pure nuts and salt, or just nuts)
  • ½ cup agave syrup or pure maple syrup or honey
  • 2-3 scoops Isagenix IsaLean vanilla shake
  • ½ cup sliced or slivered almonds, raw or toasted

Instructions
  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper. (I use the natural unbleached variety.) Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture evenly into the lined square pan , cover and keep in fridge until ready to eat. Eat once fully cooled and set. Cut into squares as needed. Freeze cut-up pieces in a ziplock back and defrost as needed.
