Healthier Sloppy Joes*

Sloppy Joes grow up…this is a childhood favorite of mine done healthier. No canned Sloppy Joe sauce; just fresh ingredients with a few quick fix helpers like ketchup and mustard! You can use lean ground beef if you wish, or even vegetarian crumbles. The ground chicken or turkey variety is as close as you can get while cutting out saturated fat and calories.
